President and Chief Executive Officer

Bobby has held the role of President and CEO for Lendmark Financial Services since 1996, when he founded the company. Known for his deep consumer finance and financial services industry expertise, Bobby has over 34 years of experience.

He has enterprise accountability for strategy, revenue, operations, personnel, profitability, and achievement of organizational objectives. He also serves on the Lendmark Financial Services, LLC Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Lendmark has grown from its four original branches to more than 350 branches in 19 states.

Bobby leads an executive leadership team focused on Branch Operations, Support Services, Centralized Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Training and Development, Government Affairs, Marketing, Credit, Communications, Legal, Strategy, Audit, and Information Technology.

He is passionate about Lendmark’s core values – Loyalty, Engaging, Nurturing, and Decisiveness (LEND). His modeling of LEND leadership not only serves as a key competitive differentiator, but also elevates the consistency of Lendmark’s culture, customer experience and brand as the company continues to grow and adapt to changing market needs. 

In 2015, Bobby established a long-term partnership with CURE Childhood Cancer, a nonprofit dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding targeted research while supporting patients and their families. In the years since, Lendmark’s annual Climb to CURE campaign has become the company’s cornerstone philanthropic initiative, raising both awareness and more than $1.8 million to date through employee, partner and community fundraising efforts and support. 

Bobby began his career with Fleet Finance as a Branch Manager Trainee and held various successively senior management positions, concluding as a Senior Vice President before founding Lendmark.

He earned a finance degree from Georgia Southern University and a business administration and management degree from Georgia Perimeter College.
