Dennis “Denny” was named CAO of Lendmark Financial Services in October 2013.
In his current role, he combines a mix of analytics, process, and strategy to oversee a leadership team focused on strategic enterprise support and delivery for Branch Administration, Insurance, Government Affairs, Training, Human Resources and Corporate Communications.
Known for his expertise and commitment to advisory and consulting, he oversees several multi-year administrative initiatives designed to enable Lendmark to expand while maintaining its differentiating culture. These initiatives include the introduction of a world-class HRIS system, modernizing the company’s approach to Learning and Development and establishing the Corporate Communications function.
Denny joined Lendmark in 1999 as the Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations – Southern Division. He brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) and is currently active with the Georgia Financial Service Association (GFSA).
He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with Accounting Emphasis from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, Denny keeps abreast of evolving industry trends through ongoing executive education and certifications, including completion of the BB&T Leadership Institute’s FARR Executive Management Seminar, the AFSA Leadership Development Program at the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and the AFSA Management Program at Marquette University.
