JOE BURGAMY
Chief Operating Officer
Joe was named COO of Lendmark Financial Services in April 2010.
He provides leadership for the organizational strategic planning process and implements new programmatic strategic initiatives. He supervises operational strategy, executive management oversight and manages a senior leadership team focused on support for day-to-day Branch Operations, Central Operations and Support Services.
In his role, Joe ensures the continued financial viability of the organization through sound fiscal management, including developing short- and long-term financial models and fiscal strategies.
With over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Joe brings expertise across a range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, portfolio management, strategy, business development, investments, operations, asset management, process improvement and change management. He is skilled in maintaining robust and efficient financial systems and controls and developing new structures and processes in response to the organization’s operational growth and evolution.
Joe began with Lendmark in 1996 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations and assumed responsibility for daily management and oversight for the company.
Prior to joining Lendmark, Joe held operations leadership positions with World Acceptance and Fleet Finance.
